최대 2인 까지 투숙 가능합니다.

디럭스 트리플 룸, 디럭스 트윈 룸은 최대 3인까지 머물 수 있으며

마지막으로 패밀리 룸, 스위트 패밀리 룸은 최대 4인 까지 투숙이 가능합니다.

(미취학 아동 인원은 1인은 무료 투숙이 가능하지만 미취학 아동일 지라도 2인 이상일 경우 성인 요금이 부과됩니다.)

Q> 예약 변경은 어떻게 하나요?

A: 호텔에 직접 예약을 하셨을 경우 051 413 1114로 연락 주시면 변경이나 취소 등이 가능합니다.

예약 에이전시를 통해 예약을 하셨을 경우에는 예약하신 해당 에이전시에 요청하시면 됩니다.

Q> 숙박이 가능한 최소 연령은 몇 세인가요?

A: 보호자 동반 없이 투숙이 가능한 최소 연령은 만 19세 이상입니다.

Q> 취소 환불 규정을 알고 싶습니다.

A: 호텔 직접 예약 시 취소환불 규정 금액은 10~5일 전 20%, 5~3일전 30%, 2일전 50%,

1일 전 70%, 예약 당일은 환불 금액이 없습니다.

에이전시로 예약 하셨을 경우 취소 환불 규정은 각 에이전시의 환불 규정을 따릅니다.

Hollywood twin room are based on double occupancy.

Deluxe twin room, Deluxe triple room rates are based on 3 persons.

Family room, Suite family room rates are based on 4 persons.
