Q> 체크인 체크아웃 시간은 어떻게 되나요?
A: 체크인 시간은 오후 3시 이후 부터 가능합니다. 체크아웃시간은 오전 11시 까지 입니다.
Q> 이른 체크인이 가능한가요? 비용이 듭니까?
A: 전날의 객실 상황에 따라 이른 체크인이 가능합니다. 비용은 15시 기준 시간당 10,000 원이 부과됩니다.
이른 체크인이 가능한 상황에서 숙박일 기준으로 이른 체크인 비용을 최대 100%까지 줄어 들 수 있습니다.
Q> 늦은 체크아웃이 가능한가요? 비용이 듭니까?
A: 늦은 체크아웃은 오후 3시 까지 가능합니다.
11시 기준으로 한 시간 당 10,000원 늦은 체크아웃 비용이 발생합니다. 최대 14시까지 이용가능하며, 15시 이후에는
1박 요금이 부과됩니다.
Q> 체크인 시에 신분증이 필요한가요?
A: 체크인 시 신분 확인을 위한 소정의 절차가 이뤄집니다. 보호자의 동반이 없는 만 19세 이하는 입실이 금지됩니다.
Q>What is check-in/check out time?
A:
Our check-in time is 15:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Q> Is early check-in possible? Is there any extra fee?
A:
Early check-in is subject to availability on the day of your arrival. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Luggage storage must be provided.
Depending on length of your stay we can give a huge discount on extra fee up to 100%.
Official early check-in fee is 10,000KRW per 1 hour.
Q>Can I late check-out? Is there any extra fee?
A:
Late check-out may be possible by contacting our Guest Services and is subject to availability on the date of departure.
Official late check-out fee is 10,000KRW per 1 hour. (Suite type rooms : 20,000KRW per 1 hour). You can only use it up to 2PM, and you'll be charged one night after 3PM.
Q>Is my ID/Passport required at check in?
A:
We do require a passport at time of check-in for all reservations.
Q>Do you have an early departure fee?
A:
Yes. The hotel charge an early departure fee of up to one night's room and tax for unexpected departure.
